Commission Terms of service

_{By commissioning me, you have accepted my terms of service.}

No buts or ifs, rules are rules. I highly recommend reading this before commissioning me, but regardless, by commissioning me, you accepted these rule's and will follow these rules below. violating these rules may get you blocked and blacklisted.

Payment

-You MUST pay first before you commission me.
_{I won't do the commission until you pay upfront.}-Gifting me an avatar that isn't on my Ko-Fi for re-texturing work will be payment for the commission.
_{gifting me an avatar will be payment for the commission, so you won't need to worry about giving me any more money once you gifted me the avatar. Reach out to my discord at daflowerfox. Tell me information about your commission FIRST and I'll provide you information needed to gift me resources for avatars. Once that avatar gets added and included as a commission on my Ko-Fi, the next time you commission me again regarding the avatar, you will follow regular payment procedures and pay me first before doing another commission}-NO REFUNDS/HOLDS.
_{The only time I may do a refund is if I myself offer a refund. but the client CANNOT request a refund from me. Holds on payment or paying half price now then paying the rest later is also not accepted.}-I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone!
_{I can turn down your commission for any reason. I do not owe you an explanation. this rule extends to those who I block and blacklist.}

Drawing

-If you want a piece of artwork done by a specific deadline, let me know ahead of time!
_{Please let me know of the deadline before starting on your commission. deadlines may cost extra. giving this deadline after accepting and starting work on the commission maybe ignored.}-Let me know if you want updates in the commission.
_{I intend on updating the client on which stage of the commission I'm in, but if for some reason I don't, please let me know.}-Changes should be requested during sketch or line art stages.
_{Changes during the coloring stage that aren't about the colors will cost you extra. price will also increase for excessive requests for changes.}

Re-texturing avatars/Props

-Rules for commissioning me re-texturing should be the same for the most part.
_{There are some things you need to know which differ from the normal 2D art. please give this section a read before commissioning me re texturing work}-Please don't ask for the original models or avatar files for avatars/props!
_{I am not a loophole for bypassing a payment for goods or services. Avatars/props are made by their respective artist and you should support them too! :D}-What you see in my commission page is what you'll get.
~In my commission page for Ko-Fi will be the full list of avatars i can do re-textures for. If you want me to do a different popular avatar that's not on the list, Reach out to my discord at daflowerfox. Tell me information about your commission FIRST and I'll provide you information needed to gift me resources for avatars. please refer to the Payment section of the TOS to see how payment for re-texturing avatars not on my Ko-Fi will work.-Please let me know if you want the re-texture work to be done via my regular art program (Krita), and if you want the project files for the texture.
_{By default, you will receive only a PNG texture for the re-texture. it might also be done by simply using texture paint features in 3d programs like Blender. It is important that you specify this information in your description of the commission or directly to me before I get started on the commission. Failing to notify me on how you want me proceed with my work day of commission, your request for project files/utilizing my regular art programs will not be fulfilled unless you got lucky.}-My limitations.
~I currently don't have any resources or tools to make custom PBR textures. Currently I am sticking to general base color re-texturing. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Usage

-Commercial use of the commission is allowed, but please let me know.
_{Using the commission for advertising and promotion of channels is allowed and I won't charge you for it.}-Do not use my art for AI/NFT use.
_{I'm job is not to pollute the art space with that slop.}-Changing artwork after commission is allowed but there are some rules you should follow.
_{it's best to leave big edits to me, but you are allowed to alter the art with a few caveats. editing out watermarks or trying to take credit for the art is prohibited. trying to edit the art to show bigoted or hateful content is also disallowed. anything that either goes against my will and won't draw list or makes me uncomfortable is not tolerated. deciding to break these rules for editing art will get you blacklisted, and blocked.}
